Is it unrealistic to dream about moving to Italy?

I have a dream (an unrealistic one to some of my family) to move to Italy when I get out of school... wow, that sounded cheesy. It began as just a really far-fetched idea that enchanted me a few years ago but over time I actually started to consider it. I live in Canada and want to move Italy. I have been there before and ever since have fallen in love.They still think it's just a crazy phase that I'm going through. Who knows? Maybe it is... but all I have gotten is why it would be unwise to move there. I know a fair bit of Italian. What are some positive and negative things about moving there? I know Europe is expensive but is it as hard as everybody says to get by? Is it hard to find a job? Is it unrealistic to consider moving there?
