My boyfriend never feeds me when im hungry.?

Okay so me and Lemar have been dating for about 2 years now, and at first he would jump up anytime i needed anything but as of recent he doesnt want to fetch me food or drink at my request, does this mean hes losing interest in me? Additional information : he doesnt shower as often as he used too.
