Will Office deliver to my neighbour?

i bought a pair of shoes from Office and there supposed to be delivered tomorrow but i will be out and will not be able to sign for them, but will they deliver it to my neighbour as i live in a flat because Avon & Freemans delivers it to my neighbour if i am not in.
