My dog ate earlier. 1 hour later he throws up. what should i do?

my dog ate a little while ago. after about 50 minutes, i took him outside and played with him;i threw the ball so he can fetch it and bring it back and do the same thing over and over again. So he ran alot when i was playing with him. i played with him for like only 30 minutes or around there and about 20 minutes ago he threw up. I guess i made him run alot and he threw up all the food he had ate? is that the case? or could this mean that he has a health problem? He's sleeping right now but is a bit tired. Should i make him drink water to help his stomach feel better? what should i do?
