ok, im 5'2'' and 135 o.O ...... need to lose bout ten pounds ! and i wanna get it done b4 vaca in two wks !!!! i need someone to come up with a plan for me to follow, cant use protein powder is the only thing..... thankssssss everyoneee ! i need to know what to eat as well as how much i need to run / walk/ exercise a day...ect... <3
