Hi everyone, I am currently 16 but soon to turn 17 early July. I am a Male and am trying to trying to lose weight. I currently limit myself to 1500 calories a day and only drink water and milk. I also run at 4 miles an hour on my treadmill twice at day for 1.5 miles (by end of the day 3 miles but not consistent). I started early June. How many pounds should i lose by mid-late august? Thanks to anyone who earnestly replies.
