Do i have appendicitis? If not what is it?

I had this pain when i walked in my lower right abdomen a couple weeks ago they did a cat scan and a ultra sound the hole time the guy was doing the ultra sound it hurt so bad a couple hours later they did a cat scan and nothing was wrong then the surgeon came in felt around had me jump twice and said i was good to go now i have a pain in between my leg and lower right abdomen not all the time though and i have some other symptoms like constipation and back pain everyone says i am a hypochondriac but i don't know what could be wrong with me its been going on for while now and i have no idea what it could be a little worried and i have no loss of appetite a little nausea in the morning and i haven't been moving a lot to cause a the pain i was talking about
