So, I've recently started P90X and I feel I need a supplement or vitamin to TARGET MY FAT. I'm a female, 20 years old, 5'7, 144 lbs with a weight loss max of 20lbs. I would feel more comfortable with doing a vitamin and not the cheesy over the counter weight loss sups jacked with energy vitamins. I can't even drink a energy drink with out just feeling completely like crap. Even any good book suggestions would be great. I just have no knowledge of where to start, there's so many options. PLEASE BE OF SOME ASSISTANCE!!!??!!
