Front end programming language.?

I wish to create an e-commerce website. Backend will be oracle as i'm strong it it. But dunno what should i use for the front end. please suggest which programming language should i use to achieve this? (Ex: ASP, JSP) it should be easy for me to code as im a beginner in front ending. Each and every info displayed in the website will be fetched from DB. ex product name, price etc., and once purchased it should write to back to oracle. what front end programming language will be appropriate for this? also provide me the links to learn the prg language.
