Help with My thick coarse afro black hair!?

Hi, i need A lot of help. I flat iron or use a hot comb to straighten my hair but it always comes out puffy. I want nice loose pretty curls like jeniffer Freeman but don't know how to do it. I never had a relaxer or weave and my hair's shoulder length when pressed but it always frizzes up. Does anyone know any cheap, not online,hair PRODUCTS i can use to stop frizz and control my hair? I'm thinking about some good for african american hair gels and frizz elimination products. Something below 10 dollar and can hold my style. I'm always wanting my hair like the girls with relaxers but want something healthy for my hair. Also is there any hair sprays that can eliminate frizz and make my straightened afro hair look real good. I keep having to put my hair up because it's frizzy. Can someone help? These are products for african american hair. Mainly gels, serums,moisturizers and hairsprays not shampoos. And these are product that can contol my straightend afro hair which is usually puffy and thick. I know it's alot but i'm really having trouble.Thanks.
