How can I apply for temporary visa while my green card case is in NVC.?

My husband is US citizen,my green card case is in NVC for further process.we paid all fee and affidavit of support before one and half month.but we did not receive any interview letter yet.My husband is coming to my country to see me,he wished to fetch me with him to US on temporary visa.How should we apply.How much fee cost and will it effect my green card process?
