I want to hear your weight loss story for 5 weeks :) giving 10 points for best answer!! <3?

I am 5'3 started the slim fast diet May 19 at 157 pounds. Today my current weight is 145 pounds. I substitute 2 meals for slim fast shake. Eat fruits and veggies as snacks and have 1 sensible and small portion meal. I drink only water and soymilk, occasionally no more than 8 ounces of juice. I've lost weight and I plan on slimming down some more. This weight loss is without exercising, though I occasionally walk. I would recommend slim fast, along with exercising you will drop weight quickly. and no eating 4 - 6 hours before bed time!!
