Proper way to learn HTML?

Hi, I'm trying to learn web design and I'm starting off learning HTML and CSS as a foundation. I have recently read "Head First HTML with CSS & XHTML" By Elisabeth Freeman & Eric Freeman (very good book). I'm not sure if this reading is sufficient enough to learn in depth HTML. Should I read some other HTML books or take HTML classes, or would that just be repetitive after reading this book?
