I weigh 280 pounds .. help ? (weight loss suggestions to reach a healthy weight) :D?

yes you will lose faster but don't expect to lose more than 2 pounds a week. anymore then that consider a gift. but do expect 2 every week. stop drinking anything with calories in it. get some raisin bran. everytime you are hungry eat it, don't finish the milk. never walk across the room wirh more then one thing in your hand, make more trips. if you have to talk stand up, don't talk while sitting. when you get into the car touch the door and then walk completely around the car and touch it again before you get in. get pull on ace bandages for your knees and sleep in them. get a packpack, put 5 pounds of flour in it, wear it all the time. for everytime you lose 2 pounds, put 2 more pounds of flour in it. this all is enough. 14 pounds in 7 weeks, 100 pounds by the time the school year is over. if you lose more then 2 in a week, they are freebies. you still have to lose 2 more next week
