Why is the government lowering taxes for the rich?

and cutting services for the low income to make up for the loss of money by lowering taxes for the rich! isnnt it logic to lower taxes for low income since they have low income and raise taxes to rich since it wont even affect them. well if can affect the rich in this way: dad, i cant get the new skullcandy earphones! WTF
